RESPONSIBILITY

  • Support Brand Strategy team on custom branding and market research studies, including but not limited to brand audit, competitive analysis, business model development, market segmentation, journey touchpoint mapping, and brand strategy brainstorming.
  • Many projects are a combination of primary research (both qualitative and quantitative methods) and secondary research practices.
  • Support various steps of a project including but not limited to: questionnaire writing, survey design, interviewee recruitment, and evaluation, link checking, research set-up, collecting and analyzing data, data table proofing and report generation.
  • Research and report emerging behaviors, technologies, psychological shifting, and prospective companies that bring crucial impacts to the branding orientation of our clients' businesses.
  • Stay engrossed in and utilize cultural trends, entertainment, emerging tech, and media trends and innovations to inform branding insights.
  • Support research current or past brand assets of clients’ businesses, ranging from positioning, verbal and visual identities, channel strategy to customer experience, in order to determine brand sentiment, brand health and recommend improving actions.
  • Career training opportunities where interns will learn about various research-oriented tasks and processes. Interns will also get the opportunity to learn or collaborate work with various lines within and related to the brand strategy department, including content, social media, and account services.

REQUIREMENT

  • Last-year student or fresh-graduate major in Marketing, BA, Management, Communication or relevant field.
  • Having relevant coursework or practical experiences in quantitative or qualitative research, marketing studies, consumer insights and research, and/or business strategy.
  • Passion for research, data analysis, consumer insights studies and flexibility to work on branding strategy projects with strict timelines.
  • Strong communicator who has excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills, certain capability in data visualization is a plus.
  • Highly organized with good attention to detail and time management.
  • Creative and critical thinker who can think outside of the box.
  • Showcasing sufficient levels of both teamwork and individual performance.
