As a Digital Branding Intern at xolve branding, your responsibilities go beyond just scheduling and posting on Social Media. In addition to handling brand communication and community development, you’ll also be managing digital platforms for clients across diverse industries, from B2B to B2C. We need someone who can actually walk the talk and execute realistic tactics with confidence, instead of just throwing out fancy marketing jargon.


1. Communication Strategy and Planning

  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify key trends, insights, and opportunities for brand growth and differentiation.
  • Develop and implement social media strategies and campaigns, staying up-to-date with social media trends, best practices, and new features or tools, and provide recommendations for incorporating them into the brand's social media strategy.
  • Conduct social media listening and monitoring to track brand mentions, customer feedback, and industry trends, and provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

2. Content Creation and Management

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, strategy, and content, to create engaging and relevant content for social media platforms, aligned with brand tone, voice, and visual guidelines.
  • Contribute to digital branding planning through the development of social media posts, blogs, videos, and other multimedia assets, actively participating in the content production process by offering valuable suggestions and ideas.
  • Manage social media accounts, engage with customers and followers, and provide timely and professional responses to inquiries, comments, messages, and reviews, ensuring exceptional customer service and enhancing brand reputation.

3. Analytics and Reporting

  • Analyze social media data to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Prepare and present social media performance reports, highlighting key metrics and insights, and provide recommendations for future improvements.


  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Graduates are also welcome to apply.
  • Strong interest in digital marketing, branding, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of digital platforms, social media trends, and digital marketing tools.
  • Basic knowledge of graphic design and video editing software is a plus.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and contribute to data-driven decision-making.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Basic knowledge of SEO and content marketing principles is desirable.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing priorities.
  • Strong interest in branding principles and eagerness to contribute to brand development.
  • Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English and Vietnamese.
