Art Director is responsible for the creative direction of the branding projects, from conceptualization to production, and execution; making sure the final product is aligned with the project strategic’s goal and objectives.


  • Develop strategic creative concepts for branding projects and communication campaigns
  • Lead and work with the production team on client projects from conceptualization to production
  • Collaborate with the account team to ensure the project is on schedule
  • Report to Creative Director to ensure quality and standards are met
  • Prepare and present creative concepts and application design to clients
  • Develop and streamline the production process to maximize productivity
  • Find and nurture relationships with freelancers and collaborate with them
  • Work with third-party vendors or sub-contractors


  • A solid portfolio that proves expertise or interest across a wide range of discipline
  • More than 3 years of experience working in the same position in branding agency
  • Exceptional presentation skill
  • Ability to articulate thought and visualize it into convincing ideas, words, and visual
  • Time management skills, be able to work with multiple projects simultaneously, and meet strict deadline
  • Proactive, outgoing, confident, easy to connect with others
