We’re looking for a sharp and analytical Brand Strategist to join our team. You’re a natural problem-solver with a knack for uncovering insights that drive powerful brand strategies. If you love digging into data, understanding consumer behavior, and crafting compelling brand narratives, this might be the perfect role for you.

Job type: Full-time, Part-time, Hybrid
Report to: Creative Director
Location: Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam

Key Responsibilities

  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and target audience profiling to inform strategic recommendations.
  • Brand Strategy Development: Collaborate with the strategy team to develop comprehensive brand strategies, including positioning, messaging, and brand architecture.
  • Client Presentations: Confidently present strategic insights and recommendations to clients, explaining the rationale behind your thinking in a clear and persuasive manner.
  • Workshop Facilitation: Lead workshops or collaborative sessions with clients and internal teams to uncover brand insights and develop strategic frameworks.
  • Brand Narrative Creation: Craft compelling brand stories that resonate with target audiences and differentiate clients in the marketplace.
  • Trend Spotting: Stay on top of industry trends, consumer behavior shifts, and emerging cultural patterns that may impact brand strategy.

Requirements

  • Experience: 2-4 years of experience in brand strategy, marketing, or a related field. Agency experience is a plus.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Master's degree is preferred.
  • Analytical Mindset: A strong ability to analyze data, synthesize insights, and translate them into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Storytelling Skills: Ability to craft compelling brand narratives that capture the essence of a brand and engage audiences.
  • Collaborative Spirit: Thrive in a team environment, collaborating with designers, copywriters, and account teams.

Nice to have

  • Experience with strategy frameworks and tools (e.g., brand archetypes, customer journey mapping).
  • Familiarity with qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
