We’re seeking a talented and experienced Social Media Executive to join our team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in developing and executing social media strategies that elevate our clients’ brands and achieve their marketing goals. You have a strong understanding of social media best practices, an eye for engaging content, and an analytical mind to measure results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Social Strategy Development: Contribute to the creation of social media strategies aligned with client brand guidelines and overall business objectives.
  • Content Creation and Curation: Develop engaging and on-brand social media content across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.). This includes writing compelling copy, sourcing relevant visuals, and potentially creating basic graphics or short videos.
  • Community Management: Actively monitor and respond to comments, questions, and direct messages fostering a positive community and addressing customer inquiries promptly.
  • Performance Analysis: Track key social media metrics (engagement, reach, website traffic, etc.). Analyze data to derive insights, optimize campaigns, and report on results to clients and stakeholders.
  • Trend Spotting: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and emerging platforms, suggesting strategies to leverage them for our clients’ success.

Requirements

  • Experience: 2-4 years of proven work experience in social media management.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Social Media Savvy: In-depth knowledge of major social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices.
  • Copywriting Skills Excellent written communication skills with the ability to craft engaging and persuasive copy for different audiences.
  • Visual Eye: Understanding of basic design principles and an eye for creating visually appealing social media content.
  • Data-Driven Approach: Experience using social media analytics tools to measure and report on campaign performance.
  • Collaborative Spirit: Ability to thrive in a team environment, working closely with designers, copywriters, and client teams.

Nice to have

  • Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite).
  • Basic graphic design or video editing knowledge.
  • Familiarity with paid social media advertising
