We are looking for a driven and dynamic Account Executive to join our team. In this mid-level role, you’ll be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, skillfully managing projects, nurturing relationships, and proactively identifying opportunities to expand our services and grow revenue.

<u>Key Responsibilities</u>
<ul>
<li>Client Support: Act as the first point of contact for lead or client requests and updates. Schedule and facilitate project check-ins, capturing action items and deadlines.</li>
<li>Client Relationship Management: Build strong, trusted relationships with clients through exceptional communication, understanding their needs, and proactively anticipating their challenges.</li>
<li>Project Coordination: Prepare project briefs, timelines, and scope documents. Track progress, budgets, and deliverables using project management tools. Work effectively with cross-functional teams across the agency to ensure a seamless and high-quality client experience.</li>
<li>Proposal & Presentation: Assist in drafting proposals, presentations, and client reports. Gather data and visuals to support pitches and business reviews.</li>
<li>Opportunity Identification: Spot potential for upselling or introducing new services to existing clients, effectively presenting proposals that promote business growth.</li>
</ul>
<u>Must have</u>
<ul>
<li>Experience: At least 2 years of experience in an account role within an agency setting.</li>
<li>Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.</li>
<li>Client Focus: Superb client-facing skills with a dedication to delivering outstanding client service.</li>
<li>Project Management Prowess: Proficient in project management methodologies, budgeting, and timeline adherence.</li>
<li>Communication Ace: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including persuasive presentation abilities.</li>
<li>Problem Solver: Solution-oriented mindset with the ability to handle unforeseen challenges creatively.</li>
