As a Digital Marketing Executive, you are responsible to drive qualified traffic and leads for xolve and its client brands through data-led digital initiatives. You will plan, execute, and optimise campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels, translating brand strategy into measurable growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Performance Campaigns: Plan and manage paid media (Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn) to hit CPA and ROAS targets • Own audience segmentation, budget pacing, and daily optimisation.
- SEO & Website: Conduct keyword research, on-page optimisation, and link-building outreach • Work with designers and developers to improve site UX and Core Web Vitals.
- Content & Social: Coordinate a monthly content calendar for LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok • Brief copywriters and designers; schedule and monitor posts via social tools (e.g., Buffer).
- Analytics & Reporting: Build weekly dashboards; track traffic, conversions, and funnel drop-offs • Present insights and action plans in monthly growth reviews.
- Lead Nurture & Automation: Manage email sequences in HubSpot, set up lead-scoring rules, and optimise open and click-through rates • Segment CRM lists for personalised campaigns.
- Collaboration: Partner with Strategy and Creative teams to turn campaign data into creative learnings • Brief Web, Design, and Copy teams on landing-page requirements and A/B tests
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- 3+ years in digital marketing or performance media, ideally within an agency.
- Hands-on with Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics 4, and at least one automation platform (HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, or similar).
- Solid understanding of SEO best practices and basic HTML/CSS for on-page fixes.
- Able to turn data into actionable insights and explain them to non-technical teammates.
- Comfortable managing multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong written English; Vietnamese fluency.
- Experience in the branding or creative industry is a plus.
- Knowledge of basic design principles or ability to tweak creative in Figma.
